What is the best zit cream to use?

Ok, I started getting a few small zits so then I started washing my face twice a day, and that kept me from getting more, but didn't make them go away. So, I started using Pro Active. That just made the zits spread and now they are bigger and redder, so I started just washing my face again. What is the best zit stuff to use to make them go away?What is the best zit cream to use?

murad acne spot treatment is rly nice. i clears your face, if you have zits just get the spot treatment but if you alot of acne and etc. you should get the kit.. i've been using it and it seriously works good.

I gor rid of all of my zits by correcting a hormone imbalance. Now I have super-smooth skin (well, almost -- still want a facial skin peeling to repair the damage done in the years I didn't know about this yet. I want my baby skin back!).
Pro active is BULLCRAP!! lol like seriouslyy throw out the proactive. btw all the **** in the drugstores(spot treatments) are basically all the same containg either benzoyl peroxide(stains clothes) or salicylic acid. so its hard to decide right? so u didnt really specify if it was a few annoying ones or all over ur face so if u dont have that many the old toothpaste overnight on the zit trick might work(or dab some mask on it) but if u have all over go to the derm and they can take it from there(be careful of derms who only wanna make $ and who rush u in prescribe sumthing then say come back in 2 weeks). good luck!
