Cold Smile sounds too negative to me. Your target audience has no money of their own; parents are going to be your main source of revenue and ';cold smile'; sounds like someone calculating their next shady move. Someone dastardly.
Plus, it's only a few letters off from an existing ice cream chain called ';Cold Stone.';
As for slogans, if you want to keep that name, I would use ';Bring a cold smile to your warm face'; or ';Bringing cold smiles to warm faces'; or something. Put a positive spin on what's basically a negative name.

Cold Smile Crocodile.......think this will take the imagination of the younger ones in this age group and the older ones might like the alliteration and rhyme, not to mention the funkiness of the title.
