ill as in sick or aggression. Some dogs may not be able to handle dairy products, now as far as causing aggression no ice cream is not going to make a dog become aggressive or have behavioral issues. Will ice cream cause a small dog to get ill at people?
dogs are lactose intolerant so this isn't a good idea. even worse if it has chocolate in it.
i doubt however that the ice cream is making him angry, perhaps there is something else going on that is causing his behaviour.
remove the ice cream (obviously) if the naughty actions stop you have your cause, however look at his routine and see if his life has changed in any way since his behaviour change.
if he really likes the ice cream get kitten/cat milk (which is lactose free) from the super market in the pet section (available in australia) or your pet shop and freeze it in a ice cube tray, he probably likes the flavour and the cold texture so this will help without giving him lactose
Don't give him ice cream.
There's a product in the ice cream freezer called Frosty Paws. It's specially formulated to be safe for dogs to eat. It comes in packages of 4 ice cream cups (like they used to have at school). A little dog like yours should be able to eat on one cup for a week.

He might be sick.
Stop with the ice cream.
If he is ill as in ';mean'; take him to a dog trainer before he starts biting you.Stop spoiling him.(no ice cream or people food,no getting on furniture,no feeding at the table, etc)
heeey hooks!!

Ahhh, yeah. Most dogs are lactose intolerant so eating ice cream every night is not good for a dog.
