Ice cream or any other frozen thing like it tends to form crystals that can have a funky taste.
Make sure you store it in an air tight container or plastic bag with a twist tie.
Actually ice cream doesn't last more than two days in my house.

No. leave it in the fridge til your 90 yrs old. then come back on yahoo answers %26amp; let us know your experience
ofcourse it does since it's made from real ice cream and it's a dairy product so it will but maybe just a bit longer lasting than usual for a month or two
