for starters, u can brush with baking soda. your breath won't go bad as fast either! don't use it more than once a day though, like just mornings or just nights.





also, my mom, who drinks lots of coffee uses whitening strips by Crest. her dentist recommends them. u fill the little tray with the solution and put it on your teeth for 30 min. or so. it shows a big difference!! i've used them before, u notice right away! (found at Rite Aid or Wal-Mart).
