Vitamin E cream helps with scars and stretch marks as does bio oil which has already been mentioned. Marks will fade naturally over time and take on a silvery appearance.Can anyone a cream or something to get rid of bodybuilding stretch marks?
The only thing I can recommend is Bio Oil, I used it on a scar from a car accident and it was brilliant, but it also says it helps reduce stretch marks.
cocoa butter. there is ctually a cream made by cocoa butter that is designed for stretch marks
