I want to put a chocolate bar, milk and ice cream into a blender to make a milkshake.?

How much milk and ice cream do I need to put in?I want to put a chocolate bar, milk and ice cream into a blender to make a milkshake.?
A good milkshake has a huge amount of ice cream and only a little milk. You should start with about 1 1/2 cups of ice cream and only add enough milk to make it blend in your blender - maybe 1/4 cup. You'll probably have to stop the blender and scrape the sides some.

The chocolate bar will turn to chunks at best in the blender, a gritty powder at worst. Better to break it up first and then stir it in after you're done blending.I want to put a chocolate bar, milk and ice cream into a blender to make a milkshake.?
this is what i would do. in the microwave i would melt the chocolate bar with a splash of the milk. do it at like 15 second intervals, stirring everytime so the chocolate does not burn. then depending on how big of a milkshake you want i would put in a couple of scoops of ice cream then start with a little milk and the chocolate, and blend, add milk a little at a time until you get the consistency that you want.
put a few scoops of ice cream in and the chocolate bar, melted a little in the microwave, blend. let it blend of a while and stop it every one in a while and squish the ice cream down with a spoon to help break it down a little. then when it gets blended and its too thick add a little milk and blend again then just keep doing that till you get the consistency you want
If you are wanting bits of chocolate chips in it... crunch the bar up and beat it in a bag first... then make your milkshake.. then in the end put the choc. pieces in the shake.. or else the blender will not mix it right.. unless you have one of those new high tech $300 blenders... As for ice cream and milk.. add a little of each.. and then test the consistancy.. keeping adding more ice cream or milk depending on the consistancy you like it at. For thicker.. put very little milk.. for thinner.. put more milk. Freeze the blender glass for awhile or else it will just melt all your icecream.
Use a few scoops of ice cream and enough milk to cover the ice cream. If it seems too thick, you can always add more milk. On the other hand, if it seems too thin, you can always add more ice cream.
I would grate the chocolate bar, if you melt it %26amp; put it into the cold ice cream, you will have a huge glob of chocolate in your shake.
I would maybe melt the chocolate bar a little bit so its not too hard...squeeze it in your hands! Maybe a glass of milk and two scoops of ice cream!? Enjoy x.x.x
try really cold yoghurt instead of milk.
hey put how much you want. i do that **** too. i like to exprement on food.
What is the size of your blender?
