add sugar %26amp; vinella to 1/2 %26amp; 1/2 and skald temper into whiped yolks and return to heat cook stirring constantly making shure to scrape the entire bottam. cook to a ';nappe'; consenstency (when you pul out the soppn and make a line with your finger in the back then tap the spoon on the pan the line should stay) placce in Ice bath and stir to reduce temp as fast as posabel. then fallow your Icecream makers instrotions. PS this is also a sauce resipy called Crem Englase.
