Did you mean Dream Whip? If so, yes, you can use it in any recipe that calls for whipped cream. Just follow the package directions and it'll be a breeze.


As for heavy whipping cream...that's a product in the dairy case. If the recipe calls for heavy cream as an ingredient, then you can't use anything else. But, if the recipe calls for heavy whipping cream to be whipped as a topping, or to be folded into something else, then you can use dream whip.Heavy whipping cream help please?
Go to the dairy section of the grocery, and buy the carton that says heavy whipping cream, in the amount you need for your recipe.


Then follow the recipe. Are you supposed to stir it in as is, or whip it?


If you are whipping, be sure your bowl and beaters are very clean, and put all of them in the refrig to get cold first.
You can't make heavy whipping cream, only the cow can.

As far as whipping it? Put you metal mixer bowl and whip attachment(s) in the freezer to get icy cold. Whip the cream until peaks form. Don't over whip or it will break down and separate.
You cannot make whipping cream unless you own the cow or can otherwise get unhomogenized milk.





You can use Dream Whip as a sub for whipped cream, yes. Whip it w/ cold milk.
Heavy Whipping Cream is made of Heavy Whipping Cream. It can't be made its just cream with 36% more butterfat. Your going to have to buy it sorry.
