I started using Olay products when they first came out in the 1960's and everyone says I look at least 10 years younger than my age because I have so few wrinkles - and that is after spending over 40 years living in the tropics with hot sun and high temperatures to do skin damage, although I also used (and still do) high spf sun screens too. So, start using your moisterizers etc. straight away and use Olay products - they are wonderful, really work and are reasonably priced compared to some anti wrinkle creamsIm 25 do I need to start using wrinkle cream now to stop ageing if so which one do you recommend?
Im a beauty therapist and have been for 12yrs. There no set age to start using anti againg creams. But the skin slows down its cell renewal from the age of 25, Your cycle goes from shedding and making new skin cells every 28 day up to 44 days ( this is why older skin apears dull ). I highly recommend a good skin care routine from an early age and advance on age MAINTENCE procucts as soon as you feel ready, prevention is better than cure !!!
I swear by Elemis, its fab not cheap but totally works and has somethign for everyone. We dont say anti again we use the phase age maintance, so you can start with something as simple as a mosituriser and add to it, eye creams, serums and night creams. The older you get the more intensive and sometimes dearer the products.
Im 30 and i use the following products
Rehydrating Cleanser n Ginseng Toner
Pro Collagen Eye Renewal - results within 28 days - rehydrates and strengthens eye area, removing dehydrstion and fine lines around the eyes. This is everyones worst area.
Pro Collagen Marine Cream - results in 15 days increased moisture n decrease lines
Papaya Enzyme Peel - 1/2 x a week
Fruit Active Rejuvanating Mask - 1/2 x a week.
Hope this helps

You can't stop ageing, but you can reduce the damage caused by your skin drying out. Use a moisturiser - any one, the important ingredient is water. Don't use anything that claims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles - they are basically stuff to make your face swell. And whatever you do, never believe a word that cosmetics companies say because they're never worth it.
You don't need specific wrinkle cream (they're more expensive). Just moisturize everyday with a simple lotion. Get one with spf to protect your skin from the sun.
And don't forget your neck! My mom always tells me if she could go back in time, she'd moisturize her neck.
Good luck.
You mean to prevent it? Yes ma'am especially around the eye area. You might have to try a few to find what works for you b/c everyone might get different results. Depending on your budget you should be able to get a pretty decent one.
My mother is 50 and has like, no wrinkles! It's crazy. She has been using expensive creams for many years. But I think she started when she was older than 25 so unless you are in a tanning bed a lot then I think you don't need them yet.
You are a bit young to start using wrinkle cream. I was watching a programme that said you can do more harm than good by starting them too early.
Google it and see if you can find some information out.

Olay Regenerist...it's brilliant cream...Asda has lots on special offer at the moment...but also - your local markets do these creams at a very good price.
I'm 27 and was ID-ed for a bottle of vodka the other week, LOL. (UK; they thought I was under 18) I use Olay's deep regenerist night cream (the one with the pento-peptides).
I use Nivea Q10. Is excellent. My advice though is to stay out of the sun and when on holiday sit under an umbrella with a hat and sunglasses on. You will still feel warmth and not burn hence causing wrinkles.
if your not already doing it wear an spf of 30 at least even if its not sunny wear it every day!! seriously i promise you will not get wrinkles if yuo wear suncream!!
I've used a Nivea Visage moisturiser since I was about 18 or something (just cos I can't stand the feel of dry skin really.) People don't think I look my age (30) so maybe there's something in it.
Since your 25 you need to start.
Use a gentle moisturizer with SPF 15 EVERY DAY.
Olay has a good one.
Use a moisturiser daily, any moisturiser, the rest of it is just expensive cack.
just try the banana mask
