My campbell's cream of mushroom soup is too chunky, how do i make it smooth?

i add soup and 1 can of water, and boil while stirring, but still it's always chunkyMy campbell's cream of mushroom soup is too chunky, how do i make it smooth?
Well, for sure you need some serious help in your cooking skills.

The chunkyness in the soup is due to the additional water that you add.

You could start by melting the whole chunk of soup in the pot 1st, BEFORE the adding of water.

Water should be added gradually while stirring to get an even texture of the soup...without additional stuff like what previous answers I've seen here.(Milk, etc)

Though I might be bad in some language areas , 1 thing for sure I have the smoothest Campbell's soup than any languange graduates can make....My campbell's cream of mushroom soup is too chunky, how do i make it smooth?
Add soup and 1 can of water, but BEFORE you put it on the stove, whisk the soup with a balloon whisk. Now put the pan on the fire.Slow fire will do. When it is warm whisk it again. Let it boil.Turn off heat and it would be perfectly smooth. No harm to whisk it again before serving!
use a little milk and keep stiring it.
I always use a wire whisk to combine the soup and water/milk. (Maybe the chunks are the mushrooms?!)
dont boil it .. simmer it .. and like others have said add some milk or maybe replace water with milk .. anyway dont hurry it and keep stiring
Try adding milk instead of water and be sure and stir constantly so it does not lump/
You could stir in some milk...that should thin it out a little.
Don't add water! Add milk instead, it's creamier and it tastes better. But the key is to use a whisk. Don't add all the milk at once. Pour the soup into a pan, then add a little milk and whisk until smooth, add a little more and whisk more. Keep adding the milk like this, a little at a time unil you've added all the milk. The soup will come out perfect!
when you add the can of water, don't pour it all in at once. Pour about 1/4th of it and stir it in till smooth, then add the rest in 1/4 can increments till all of the water is in.
You have to keep stirring it. It's hard to get that gelatinous goo to mix smoothly with the water.
put a little bit of water,a pinch of sugar and cream
I always add milk. Makes it creamy. Try not to cook it too fast, just let it simmer, and stir often.
use milk, and don't boil it...cook it over medium heat, stirring a lot. Ours is ALWAYS completely smooth.
Strain or puree it before heating. I don't think adding anything would help smooth it out, although you could try adding like half milk/half water instead of just the water.
Strainer?
add water
