I think you mean Tin Roof Sundae:

Vanilla ice cream with swirls of fudge and chocolaty-covered peanuts. Our Tin Roof Sundae is sure to satisfy those ice cream cravings! We start with creamy vanilla ice cream, swirl it with ribbons of rich chocolaty fudge throughout and add just enough chocolaty-covered peanuts to make you go nuts! So, dig into the delicious, nutty, chocolaty experience we like to call Tin Roof Sundae!
chocolate almonds or peanuts I think
Could you be thinking of pralines? Those are candy coated pecans. Yummy! Rocky road can have just about any kind of nut in it, I think.
Rocky Road Ice Cream is Marshmallows, Chocolate and Peanuts.

Nuts coated in Carmel (and stuck together) are usually refered to as Clusters. They are found in such Ice Creams as Tin Roof Sundae.
