How often can I use a repairing cream?

I used ';SMOOTH N SHINE Therapy Silk Fusion Sixty-Second Critical Repair';... when is the next time I can apply this to my hair? And will there be any negative results if I use it too often?How often can I use a repairing cream?
If it has silicone in it (anything in the ingredients that ends in -cone), if you overdo it, your hair will look limp.
