carpet shampoo, you can get it in argos (about the only place i know but there are others)





it should come out, but i have a stain on my carpet and it's the same kind of carpet and colour, and it's still there, just slightly lighter, but i think that was paint or somethink else.
Best thing to use is Swarfega Hand Cleaner. Gently rub towards the centre of the stain with a white cloth until the stain disappears. The use a damp cloth to clean up the residue.
