Would sour cream be good in hash browns?

I'm having a weird craving for sour cream and potatoes. But all I have are hash browns. So would hash browns work? what if I added egg? what about cheese? I love cheese.Would sour cream be good in hash browns?
There are some casserole recipes out there that use hashbrowns, sour cream, shredded cheese and a can of cream-of-anything soup. You might look for one of those.





But go ahead an indulge your craving - what is the worst that could happen besides losing your craving. :)

Well potato chips are potatoes also and people eat them with dip which is sometimes made mostly of sour cream. So i guess Hashbrowns and sour cream would taste that bad. Personally i would add some ranch with the sour cream and make some off dip of mostly sour cream yet that little ranch twist to it would be persistent.
Cut the Hashbrowns in pieces once fried or heated. Mix eggs with onions and cheese, black pepper then scramble. Add the hashbrown pieces. Top with sour cream and salsa and a healthy amount of Tabasco sauce.





Add some fried crumbled bacon or sausage too if you really want to ';kick it up a notch';

Sour cream and hasbrowns is delicious. Add some chedder cheese and some green onions (or chopped onions). Delicious. Bake them in the oven.
yes my mom makes this great hash brown dish where she takes hash browns sour cream cheddar cheese green onion and salt and pepper and puts it in the oven and cooks it! its really amazing and easy!
Yeah, you should try it out. Cheddar cheese with the sour cream is a good combo.
